QUIET PROTECTOR — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1) 120-DAY RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 120 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier tracking.

2) RETURN ELIGIBILITY & CONDITION (ORIGINAL CONDITION + PACKAGING REQUIRED)
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned:
• in original condition and sealed in original packaging,
• with all parts, components, inserts, and accessories that shipped with your order (unless we confirm otherwise in writing),
• in a condition that is safe to handle (not unsanitary, hazardous, or excessively damaged).

Not eligible for a refund (or store credit):
• Items that are damaged due to customer misuse.
• Items that are missing parts/components.
• Items returned without original packaging (or not sealed in original packaging).
• Items that are unsanitary, hazardous, or incomplete.

Final sale / non-returnable items:
• Discounted items / Final Sale items (including items marked "final sale")
• Gift cards
• Downloadable / digital products

3) HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, email quietprotector.limited@gmail.com (or reply to your order confirmation email) with:
• your order number
• the items you want to return
• your reason (optional but helpful)

We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without contacting us first may be refused (for example, if sent to the wrong address).

4) RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we confirm in writing that we will cover it (for example, if we shipped the wrong item).
You must ship your return using your own carrier of choice (e.g., USPS/"the Post", UPS, FedEx, etc.). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen return shipments.

5) REFUND TIMING
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Once processed, it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method; however, we reserve the right to issue refunds via an alternative method at our discretion (including store credit), where permitted by law.

6) WHAT IS REFUNDED
If approved, refunds include the product price paid for the returned item(s).
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

7) STORE CREDIT OR A DIFFERENT PRODUCT
If you prefer, you may request store credit or a swap to a different product instead of a refund, subject to approval and availability. Store credit is issued for the eligible value of the returned item(s), per Sections 2 and 6.

8) DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
We do not offer standard exchanges.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from delivery. We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution (which may include replacement/exchange where applicable).
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, additional replacement benefits may apply under the Shipping Protection Terms.

9) ABUSE / EXCESSIVE RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear to be abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal consumer use patterns.

10) RETURN ADDRESS
We will provide the correct return address by email once you contact support and your return is confirmed.
